Oceanside BOX Lacrosse 2026 Registration

General Information New players must provide proof of residency and a copy of the player's birth certificate by scanning or taking a photo and emailing it to reg@oceansidelacrosse.com. Every Player must have their waiver, medical, and insurance forms completed, signed, and provided to their team manager/coach before they can begin practices or games. These will be distributed at your preseason team meeting. All players must have a CSA or NOCSAE-approved helmet and facemask, mouth guard, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, back & kidney pads, athletic support & cup, and lacrosse stick. Each player is required to provide a $100.00 post-dated cheque for a jersey deposit. The Team Manager will collect these for each player once teams are formed, they will only be cashed if jerseys are not returned or are returned damaged. There is a $50.00 registration cancellation fee. Player Transfers and Releases to other Associations You must register for the season with your home association. Player transfers and releases are administered by your home association and determined by the Vancouver Island Minor Lacrosse Commission. |
